We are a Senior HUD housing community, which means we are able to rent our apartments at below-market rates. Sixty-one of our 198 apartments are in the Section 8 program and, for those apartments, residents pay no more than 30 percent of their income toward rent. Northaven also accepts City of Seattle Housing Vouchers, and seniors who have those vouchers also only pay up to 30 percent of their income toward rent.
