Our exercise program offers a class for everyone. Some of our classes focus on strength & flexibility, Core Plus, Circuit Training, stretch, Tai Chi, Chair Yoga, Floor Yoga, Free Dance, Balance, Dance Lessons, and Meditation.
Our team is here to help residents discover a lifestyle of health and physical fitness, wherever they may be in their journey of wellness.

All residents have access to our 24-hour fitness center located in the basement of our Independent Living building.
